Usui Reiki founded by Mikao Usui in 1922, a Japanese, Buddhist Monk, he went to Mount Kurama to search for enlightenment. During the 21 days and nights he went into deep meditative states in which he received the Reiki Symbols through a bright light into his crown. He found himself tripping down from the mountain and placed his hands on his feet to which his pain relieved. From then on he shared his teachings with Hawaii and gradually the rest of the world through this initiations and attunements. To which I now share today as one of his students from lineage.
