Family Emotional Toolkit

Feelings, we all have them..

Knowing how to manage them in a healthy way is something children may need a little help with. I have created printable resources that children can use alongside their parents and professionals to help them take control over how they express and communicate their feelings on a daily basis, having the emotional intelligence to respond to life's challenges, upheavals and general day to day expectations with greater ease and wisdom.
