Walk like a Diplodocus

Start the adventure with me and your children this July.

As we walk like a Diplodocus, you'll learn how to be more contained and connected to yourself. I will guide you through this fun exploration to help build confidence in your parenting and your kid's ability to see clearly through life's challenges.

Mirroring as a family, your children can learn how to explore their emotions and gain a great sense o self awareness.

Connect with fun, mindful exploration of the earth, undergrowth trees and water connecting with your inner diplodocus to recreate a calm existence.

Take long slow and focused strides and stay calm through every challenge. Be in tune with your body while gazing through the trees and water around you, allowing an awareness of the breath as you feel in synchronisation and in flow with the present moment.

It's time to explore your inner diplodocus in the present moment. Walk  like one and connect with your body, thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Remember the motion of calm? It doesn't have to be boring or take forever. You can make it a fun family activity!

During this session you'll explore:

• Movement - As we walk and stand like a Diplodocus
• Breathing - Like a Diplodocus with our noses (or snouts)
• Foraging through the trees to uncover historic and hidden treasures that soothe your mind
• Sensory freedom and exploration to express your inner release connecting with your calm
• Communicate boundaries and feelings to bring a sense of safety
• Leave the session taking a piece of history with you as you and your children recreate your own

This session will go ahead no matter the weather..
