Reiki Level One Training

Reiki means Universal Energy

This two day training includes the application and practice of Reiki skills, empowering you to use and pass on Reiki energy to yourself, family and friends.

This ancient Japanese self healing technique will involve you becoming attuned to it's energy.

My name is Louise, I'm a Usui Reiki Master and have been practicing this healing for over 15 years.

I have worked with hundreds of people to help them cope with life emotionally with stress, depression and physically with Migraines and physical pain. Alongside opening up the spirituality within.

Reiki is embedded in my life and I hope to help it become part of your everyday life too.

Once you have completed this two day experience.

You'll be able to cleanse and clear your energy systems known as Chakras allowing you to feel more balanced and focused. 

Clear blockages and energy build ups in your physical body, get rid of pain and muscle tension, regulate your metabolism, balance your emotions if you feel depressed or frustrated or stressed.

Reiki also helps direct all aspects of self-healing as well as help your spirituality to grow or connect with your spirit guides.

When you are attuned to level 1 reiki, you can use the benefits as a tool to assist you in not only your healing but that of family and friends.

This is a journey that you'll never forget, allowing you to awaken your own ability to heal and use as and when you require to bring yourself into a calmer, healthier and more vibrant energy space that supports your whole wellbeing.

To secure your place £30 deposit is required followed by the balance of £100 one week prior to the training.
