In the moment you can be yourself,
Remember what it feels like to have freedom!
No attachments, No responsibilities,
Just at peace with your own company, drifting off where your imagination and mind takes you, as you enjoy the goodness of springtime, the birds tweeting, the wind gently blowing across your face and that sense of PEACE as if you are on a desert island.
As you lie on the grass you can feel the energy of the earth's natural source rising into your body, tingling as it vibrates, flow clearing your energy space to allow life's natural goodness to lift you up, slow down your nervous system so it can send the fresh air to all their vital organs allowing your mind to focus on the present moment. The clear blue skies awaken your ability to daydream, the wandering eye following the clouds as it grasps you in a state of mindfulness that brings joy and awe. The sound of the Tibetan singing bowls, which vibrates through your body clearing out clutter from their energy that you've collected from other people, places and objects.
