Fly like a Faery

Discover the world of faeries and magic with your child. Tap into the imagination and creativity that lies within you and your child and bring out the child that wants to play again. Understand how to feel uplifted as a parent, and help your child's emotional wellbeing at the same time!

Children have an innate sense of magic, let us tap into that so they can experience hidden jewels along the way.

We can all learn something from the unexpected. 

Help your child unleash their inner magical world and connect with nature. In a Mindful and Magical way, this session  will help you and  your child create a life full of wonder, wholeness and connectedness.

When we help our children we are helping ourselves.

During this session you'll experience:

• How your senses can awaken your inner delight
• Movement to bring flow and freedom like a faery
• Creative breathing to inspire emotional resilience
• Finding presence with the element of earth, air, water and fire
• Mirroring behaviours and feelings helping to inspire your children
• A little magic and make belief to help the excitement feel real

Get to know your inner child and how you can bring a little sparkle to your children when they feel down or need a little pick me up.

As you go back to reality in your home, don't forget you can use your imagination anywhere. 

Whether it's to prepare your children for bedtime as you read or even make up a story

Or maybe it's role play or creative games and crafts. 

As your children explore using their imagination they are not only having fun but are enhancing positive cognitive development:

• Building good social development skills, learning how to understand relationships and become more confident, connected and self reliant 
• Supporting their emotional development as they begin to understand and practice empathy so they can interact suitably in the future. 
• Supporting and supervising their imagination and play, you can boost your child's language development 
• Encouraging independence, with free flowing stories, ideas as they connect with the world around them.
• Problem solving: allows them to figure things out, such as who's turn it is, how to respond to a challenging situation, understanding how they feel and how others feel
